Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping on every order, with no minimum. See our Shipping policy for details.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to Poland, the United Kingdom and selected European countries. Secure, insured delivery on every order.
Can I track my order?
Of course. Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also write to info@varsoviamoda.com with your order number.
Returns & exchanges
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return. Products must be unworn, in original condition with tags. Please contact us before sending your parcel back. Details in our Return policy.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Write to info@varsoviamoda.com with your order number and reason. Once approved, we will send instructions and the return address.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Write to us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos. We will put it right — we cover the cost of any transit damage.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and check your return we will notify you by email. An approved refund will be issued to your payment method within 10 business days.
Sizing & fit
How do I choose my size?
Our styles follow standard European sizing. If you are between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up. You will find a size chart on every product page.
